Professional, open, and honest!

I would highly recommend Kathy Chestnut to anyone planning to sell or purchase a home. She is honest, thorough, and understands the twists and turns of the real estate business. She also can see through any tricks someone may try to play, and has no issue with calling them out. She was part of the sales team of my late mother's house. I live in another state. If it weren't for her always keeping me in the loop and explaining every step, and where problems may show up, I would have had a much difficult time finalizing the sale.
