We had a great experience with the sale of our home thanks to Kat. She listed our home at the perfect price and sold it in less than a week. Kat was very helpful every step of the way. She explained the process throughly as we progressed. She was just as helpful after the contract was signed, always making sure we were up to date on any and everything that needed to be done. The lines of communication were always open, as Kat was very pro-active and wanted to ensure we had every detail covered. We never had to wait for responses from her- our questions were always answered promptly and professionally. We would highly recommend Kat. She is a wonderful person and a wonderful realtor!
