We call her "Kath". We saw the house we bought. Looked at a couple others last year. Glad we decided to wait. When we saw this house, we knew it was right before we came inside. Kath was very educated about the property. If there was anything none of were sure of, she made sure to contact the necessary person that would know, and called us back later the same day. After being able to talk to the seller and get answers to questions, we decided that it was a done deal. During the process of financing and closing, she was a champ. She kept us updated all day. Just getting to that day was a definitive marathon of Kath's help. She communicated with our financing company to9 make sure that we were all on the same page!! Met several realtors in my life and never have we met someone as dedicated to getting answers, help navigate, ans ultimately advise us on what we needed...and there were ALOT of questions on our part. We bought a very unconventional property. Services that Kath offers along the way and to closing were great! She does everything to make sure that you get through as smooth as possible. When we get the inside all painted and everything else that goes with it, we are planning on having a get together to celebrate. It is our sons house overall. We had been looking for a house for 2 years and lost 3 offers before realizing we needed to find a new realtor.
