We’ve known Kathleen for awhile through our business and when we decided to sell our home we couldn’t think of a more perfect person to help us with this process. She was professional and friendly which made her easy to work with. I was in the middle of moving to LA making it hard to be in the area for every step of the process, but Kathleen was very good about updating and informing me of any new details that arose. Kathleen handled the negotiations very well and felt very comfortable leaving it in her hands. She always had our best interest at heart and we are so grateful for her expertise.
