When it was time for my father to downsize and sell his house, we reached out to Kathy Baker. From the very first visit with Kathy, we knew she had Dad's best interest at heart. Kathy spent hours researching the area, and marketing his unique house to just the right prospective buyers. Not only did Kathy make the selling of the house as easy (for Dad) as possible, she went above and beyond her realtor duties in every way. Kathy helped find a company to sell the contents of the home, she was a sounding board to Dad and fielded his many early morning phone calls with patience, and she made ME feel comfortable with this enormous endeavor as I supported Dad in a field I know little about. I would absolutely recommend Kathy for anyone buying or selling their home.
