We needed help in a big way in selling our Dad's home in Canadian Lakes and Kathleen was there to help us every step of the way. As we live a great distance away, she located and coordinated all the services we needed to clean out his home & make improvements and all in a timely manner. Following the sale, she also was thoughtful enough to send us a few personal items from his home that we had overlooked.
