Many times a five star review all the way down the line might seem like the 'after glow' of buying a home. Not this review, because our last transaction marked the fifth time we have chosen Kathie as our realtor. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable, and she doesn't get distracted or frazzled by the ups and downs of the selling/buying process. In my opinion, she is the best real estate agent in Franklin, TN and the surrounding counties. She has an intimate knowledge of the various property markets, she takes time to listen to her clients and goes out of her way to balance advice without giving away personal preferences to improperly sway clients. Her business ethics are top notch. I am not only glad to say she has been our agent over the last 13 years, she has also become our friend, and she will be our personal real estate consultant for life.
