Kathie helped the reviewer sell this property

Awesome service and assistance in selling a home for an out of towner!

Kathie is an awesome agent and I needed that in an Estate sale situation where I lived in another state from the transaction. She was able to allow me the ability to price the home in a very challenging market that changed during the time of the sales period. Together, we worked on the price until the right buyer came along. When there were issues that needed handling, Kathie would get them handled without my having to worry about them. I would highly recommend Kathie to anyone in the area as an agent who will assist with any clients house needs!
