My wife and I have purchased two homes in Denver with Kathi over the last three years and we couldn't speak more highly of her. She worked with us for a year before we put in an offer on our first home. Kathi would show us homes when we asked after we had purchased the first one, even if it was just to get a sense of another neighborhood. When we bought our second home in the early winter of 2021, we were ready to bid above asking, but she said we wouldn't need to. We wouldn't have taken that risk on losing the home in the crazy market we're in without her guidance. We ended up closing on that house shortly after for less than we were willing to pay. What can I say that I am sure hasn't been said about Kathi yet. Kathi is a genuinely caring person that takes the time to understand your needs, and then does her absolute best in taking that information into consideration when helping you find a home. But not only that, she is a genuine hustler who doesn't mess around. Kathi was referred to me by a friend. I first spoke with Kathi on a Friday, and immediately she got to work. The following day, we were out and looking at homes, and she even got our loan officer to give us the all clear to put an offer in, ON A SUNDAY! By Monday afternoon we had an offer in on our dream home. There were some hiccups along that way (that had NOTHING to do with Kathi) and Kathi was always there to help. She genuinely cares about making sure that you are 100% informed about the process all the time. There was never a point where I was concerned, and I knew that Kathi had our backs. Words cannot explain how grateful we are to her. She gets the job done. I will only ever recommend Kathi for a home buying experience, because there is simply no one better.
