Kathi did an awesome job helping me get my house ready to sell. She helped provide guidance on setting a sales price that would generate multiple offers and then worked diligently to make sure everything was smooth sailing throughout the closing/settlement process. She took my calls or texts throughout the day/evening/weekends, and provided great communication so I had timely updates.
