Kathi went above and beyond every expectation. There was a neighborhood we loved with no homes for sale and she offered to go door to door asking if anyone was interested in selling! This didn't end up being necessary but that is the type of person kathi is. She takes care of you. When issues would arise that were not her fault, she would provide amazing counsel and go above and beyond expectations yet again. Cannot recommend enough.

Extremely pleasant to work with. She is a real go getter. She goes above and beyond to make the home buying experience a wonderful and exciting. She is knowledgable in construction and trades, which helps tremendously in her field. I will be using her again on my next house purchase.
