This was our first time buying a house out of state (we are active duty military) and we were referred to Kathi and her team through a trusted friend/realtor. Kathi called us within a day or two to get an idea of what we were looking for and advised us on areas that were suitable for our family, set up the MLS listing website (which was very user friendly and designed wonderfully! So many listing websites are ugly/hard to navigate but OneHome was wonderful) and for a couple of weeks before visiting person we thumbs up/down houses so she could get a better idea of what we were looking for. We were able to view 15 houses in the one day trip we took to CO to see houses in person. She gave great advice for all of the houses (things to avoid, things that might be costly, special considerations for CO living, etc) and we found our home that very day.
