Kathi was friendly and very professional. She gave me very practical advice about what I should and not do before selling my home. The pricing she suggested was very sensible not over what my home was worth. The professional pictures that were taken really showed off the best features of my home. She was always accessible and extremely helpful.

Kathi was and continues to be amazing

Kathi was and continues to be amazing. Kathi was a huge help right from the beginning by guiding through our preparations before our house was listed. Once the house was listed she managed 29 showings and an open house in the first 3 days. Kathi then organized 26 offers on the 4th day for us to review. Her knowledge guided us through the different offers and we were through attorney review on the seventh day. Kathi worked hard for us right through the closing and continues to help us today. Kathi treated us like family through the entire process. We highly recommend Kathi for all your real estate needs.
