Katie is so humble, informative, understanding and she really listens to what the buyer wants as well as explains in detail the process. There were so many things that my husband and I did not understand. Katie went above and beyond to help us to understand everything. She guided us through everything as we were blind to the process of purchasing a home and all the details that go with it. She always made time for us even in her busy schedule.
