Kathy is great to work with. She listens to what her clients want and makes great recommendations. There were times when she sent listings that didn't look like they met our criteria on paper, but she explained her rationale and we saw the properties and were pleasantly surprised by how they met a lot of our "wants". It was refreshing to know Kathy was proactively looking for properties rather than just forwarding homes that met a system search. We were not from the area and relied heavily on Kathy to look at properties on our behalf and let us know when it was worth it for us to make a trip up. Her insight is invaluable and her temperament was a perfect match for us. She is calm and astute and very knowledgeable of the area.
