Kathy is the best realtor we’ve ever worked with (and that’s including 9 different realtors over 20+ years of military moves all over the country). We bought our forever home through her in 2018. Kathy listened to our likes/dislikes, was focused on us and absolutely no high-pressure sales! She flexed her schedule to when we could travel from out of state to house hunt in MN; maximized our time to see as many houses as possible and had obviously conducted a lot of research prior to our arrival.
