I am a novice in understanding real estate, so when I sold my house in Eden Prairie, MN. in December, I needed lots of help! Thank God that Kathy Young was there to offer her expertise. Kathy is the best realtor we’ve ever worked with (and that’s including 9 different realtors over 20+ years of military moves all over the country). We bought our forever home through her in 2018. Kathy listened to our likes/dislikes, was focused on us and absolutely no high-pressure sales! She flexed her schedule to when we could travel from out of state to house hunt in MN; maximized our time to see as many houses as possible and had obviously conducted a lot of research prior to our arrival. She was 100% available for any questions, has great network and knowledge of local realtor community and builders, and was in lock-step with us through entire financing/purchasing process. Kathy maintained clear communication with us/builder while we were still out of state and continued to provide updates (verbal and photo) of exterior and basement finishing progress. She continued to keep an eye on the house until we moved in, and has since continued to follow up (in a very unobtrusive manner) to ensure we are still happy with the home. She was also very helpful for providing other references & recommendations for additional projects we were considering (gutters, landscaping, etc). It was so refreshing to work with someone focused on us and our happiness instead of their bottom line. Buying a home through Kathy was like dealing with an old friend. We are very happy with our forever home!

Kathy was able to sell a home for us that previous agents could not even get showings for. She was easy to work with and quick to resolve any issues that arose.
