My wife and I have known Katherine for a number of years as our boys used to play soccer together. I've always found her to be one of those people that is just fun to be around and we've found that has carried over into her work as a realtor as well. We had a complex situation to sell an out-of-state rental property and purchase a local one using 1031 process to roll over the funds into the new property.
