Kathi did a great job of identifying other properties in the area to determine the asking price of my home. She was able to receive two offers very quickly. I appreciated her integrity during the acquisition by the buyer. Her communication skills are exceptional and reflect her knowledge of the real estate arena better than many others. Due to the buyer's change in his decision to acquire the property under bank loan to a trust (cash), it required a number of changes to the contract. Kathi worked with the buyer's agent and the title company very professionally in addressing the contract amendments.
