Where do I begin? Kathy was very personable she went above and beyond our expectations. She was always prompt when it came to showing homes(especially in this market). This was a first time home purchase and I really had no idea what to do. Kathy walked us through the process. She gave us access to more listings that we had been seeing online and when we picked out a few took us out three or four times to look at several homes. When I fell in love with a home but my husband wasn't convinced she took us to see a home of the same model that was vacant. She also knew about the local area and how the vacant land around some homes was likely zoned and what would be there in years to come. Seeing the vacant home helped my husband realize how amazing my favorite house was, and also that the lot that house I like was better. When we were ready to make our offer, Kathy wrote a personal letter telling our story. Kathy helped us through offer and counter-offer. With her help our offer was accepted, however the owners requested 3 days of seller in possession. On the final walk through the owners were actively packing, yet at the end of the 3 days past closing there was junk and trash left everywhere and nothing had been cleaned! Kathy stated something like this had only happened to her once or twice and it was very unprofessional. She personally came in and cleaned up after the old owners, sending pictures to their agent. Kathy truly is my hero and I highly recommend her. She turned a bad situation around and we have been happily in our dream home for a year now.
