Kathy has been with us during our lengthy house-hunting. After she found out what our requirements were, she put forth her effort to find the potential houses to our requirements. She is very professional and always patiently waiting for our decision without her added comments. She would give us her opinion especially at the time when we were ready to make an offer. She showed her appreciation by dressing up our outdoor furniture with parasol, seat cushions and decorative cushions . She even thanked our grandson as a tour guide for videoing potential houses by sending him the edding with Padre logos, what a sweet person!! She always answers our questions tirelessly. She puts 100 percent into her profession and we are lucky to have her as our buyer agent!!

Kathy was incredibly attentive to my needs. I had two escrows at the same time. One on each coast. My travel and transportation needs were on an extremely tight timeline.
