We were in Florida for 11 days (we were from Minnesota) and were hoping to find a house quickly. We called Kathy on a recommendation from a friend. We told her what we were looking for and a price range. She quickly lined up several showings, and by the time we went home to MN, we had an offer on a home that was accepted. She also lined us up with someone to do the financing, and was a great help for our long distance pre closing. At the closing she also helped us with all utility contacts and provided names for services until we could move down. Considering we were strangers to the area and knew no one, she was extremely helpful with everything. She went way beyond what we expected, and I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
