I really enjoyed my experience with Katherine. She was very professional and friendly. She was very helpful with a few issues that arose and we were able to work everything out. My closing was not ideal, that was not Katherine’s fault but she handled it with concern and did everything she could to help me get thru it with a minimal amount of stress. Katherine is truly an amazing agent! We started working with Katherine in Dec 2020 as we wanted to sell our home at 3 Banbury Road in Lumberton, NJ. She was very responsive and attentive to our needs and navigated us through the uncertain market. She helped us get our house staged and ready to go on the market. Katherine provided guidance on our selling price point and were amazed our house sold in just couple of days and well over asking! We knew selling most likely would not be an issue, but buying a new home would take some patience as the market was unpredictable, with low to no inventory and once a house went on the market, we had to act quick and be very competitive with our purchasing strategy. Believe me there were times we were anxious and scared that we would not have a home in the near future, Katherine kept us grounded. Katherine is always there for us anytime and will do everything in her power to ensure she supports our needs. We admire her kindness, determination and transparency. Katherine truly went above and beyond searching for our new home and found us the perfect one! We soon will be closing on our new home in Jan 2022. Although, this was a long process from selling to finding our new home, it was worth the wait as we had Katherine on our side. We highly recommend Katherine!!
