Communicated well with us. Felt that some of the expectations with seller were not as well tied up - I.e. removal of safe, full removal or seller’s property, etc. it all worked out but were items we requested in advance that were not done. We ended up paying someone to remove the safe and allowing the seller to have extra time to remove other belongings.
Katherine was excellent from the beginning! She walked us through all the steps and went above and beyond for us when we were having issues with closing. She even texted us after we got moved in to check in, and helped us with an issue that came up with our home insurance! We couldn’t recommend her enough!
Great at quickly responding to/relaying messages, helping prepare for the home buying experience and communicating clearly. I will be using her again in the future?
