Katie is absolotely amazing! Without Katie listening to our needs/wants and dreams we would have never found our new home! Katie was always very responsive and willing to explain everything-at any time! It was in fact Katie’s idea for us to go see the home we ended up purchasing! We were looking for a house with atleast 10 acres- so our options were always limited! We absolotely fell in love with the land our new home provides to us- and katie KNEW that! She knew exactly what we wanted!!! If we had to do this again, we wouldn’t think twice about using Katie!

Unsure of what was doing I started my search for a home. My cousin introduced me to Katie, where we began by talking about my interests in a house. Katie asked many questions, to help me narrow my search for something I really wanted. She answered any questions I had about the purchasing and inspections, money and etc. If it was an question that she couldn't answer because it was mortgage related she would reach out to my mortgage company for me. She kept a positive attitude and it helped keep my head up during the times my offers weren't accepted. Finally, I was accepted and she worked with me until everything was signed and done. She even went above and beyond reaching out to see how everything was going during the moving process. I really appreciate everything that was done over the past year. Thank you!
