Words cannot express how thankful I am to have had Katie as my realtor. She was incredibly patient with me as I slowly got the ball rollin' with home improvements after my divorce (I mean waiting a few MONTHS for me). This was my first time selling a house and she was the best guide and advocate one could ask for.
