We recently sold our home and purchased a new one. Kat provided excellent client services in handling both buying and selling our homes. Kat knows the local area very well, answered all my questions, never made me feel rushed and understood that this was a big step for us. She is very helpful, patient, and courteous. She was very good about educating us on the market, the process, loans … the whole shebang. Taking the time to explain everything to me and give great recommendations. She even goes extra mile for her customers….. She helped us from getting the bank pre-approval letter to finding a gardener clean up the yards. She also went to the City Hall to verify some document for us. For selling our home, Kat recommended an asking price, which was higher than I expected, and the home was sold for a great price (well over the asking price). Kat did an excellent job from start to finish. She was very clear in her communications with escrow, other agents, showings, inspections, and final closing paperwork. The overall experience was a pleasure. Words cannot describe how lucky we were to work with Kat. You get what you paid for and she did a great job. Very highly recommend Kat for anyone looking to buy/sell property.
