Great experience. Very responsive at all day/times. Flexible and made sure that we had everything we needed as soon as possible. These days, most of the info you need is publicly available but her responsiveness and availability is what sets her apart. We used other agents who were unresponsive or not timely enough. That isn't going to work in this market. Trust me and get Katherine if you want a response as soon as you ask a question. Highly recommend and will continue to use her for the area.
