We have known Katherine in many settings over the past 10+ years and she has always been friendly, helpful, thorough and honest. She has helped us buy and sell five properties and we wouldn't use another realtor. She goes the extra mile to make sure all the paperwork is complete, the property shows at its best and we are comfortable with the process. She helped us get a quick sale recently for one of our rental houses.
