Kate did a great job for us even though we were nervous sellers and our buyers were nervous buyers. She was patient and knowledgeable about what we needed—and didn’t need—to do to be ready for sale. She held our hands through an inspection process that was particularly challenging. At the end of the day, we got our price and closed on time so we could make a big cross country move smoothly.
