Kathy Garcia is the best there is. She worked really hard in the sale of my property she does not give up she knows her craft she is very very good with people she describes the sale or the purchase of every property and answers every question to your complete satisfaction. If you are selling or purchasing your next house Kathy is the one to go with she answers every question and if she doesn't have the answer she gets it so that you know exactly what is going on when it's going on she is the best there is there is none better!
Kathy and her staff are fabulous! Working with us to purchase a condo long distance isn't an easy job but it went very smoothly because Kathy is very professional and courteous and was always available to answer all of our questions and concerns.
