Took us 2 1/2 years to find the right house and Katie was patient and kind throughout the whole process! Finally found the right home and she helped us EVERY step of the way. We met Katherine at an open house last year and she ended up as our buyer agent on the purchase of our new home which took quite a bit of work due to the existence of a underground oil tank on the property and a very tight market where we had to move quickly.
