Katherine has represented us 4 times, both selling and purchasing homes. She’s sold three homes for us, the longest was on the market 11 days, the other two had contracts in under 3 days! She is honest, on time, thorough, patient, a great negotiator and goes above and beyond to work with other realtors/buyers/sellers to ensure the whole experience is positive and calm. We’ve worked with other realtors who were poor communicators, rarely on time, left us to manage the inevitable glitches by ourselves, and priced property too high or too low.
