We established a relationship with Katherine for the sale of a townhome in the Orlando, FL area. An important consideration for us was that we would not be in town while the house was on the market, and therefore telephone and email communication was a prime requirement. Katherine was outstanding and extremely diligent in providing information and any follow-through. Her attention to detail began from the very beginning of our relationship. Even before we signed an agreement for her to market our property, she had already created a web page and a professional-looking video. Katherine was able to secure a buyer in less than 10 days, and helped us work through several negotiations with the buyers. An important event deserves special mention: hurricane Irma was scheduled to affect the Orlando area while the house was under contract and before closing. Without any prompting from our side, Katherine took it upon herself to drive to the house and move patio furniture inside; when the storm ended, she ensured that the home was not damaged, and returned the furniture to its proper place. I cannot emphasize how well she took care of us during this transaction. We would certainly look to engaging her again, without hesitation and with complete confidence, should the opportunity arise.
