Not only did she find our forever home, she sold my other. My housekeeper took too long and Katherine ended up finishing up the cleaning which I’m so grateful for. I got $20k over asking. With that, it made it easier for us to voice our opinions and trust Katherine with hers. No matter what time of the day she was always reachable by phone either text messaging, emails, and voice calls. She is great at updating and letting us know what we will be needing ahead of time and preparing us on what to expect. We honestly believe that we would not be so happy in our new home if it weren't for Katherine. We are so blessed to have had her as our realtor and now even more blessed to have her as a friend.
