Katherine recently sold our house in Colchester. She was professional, very knowledgeable and so pleasant. Her customer service was outstanding, always making us feel like we were the most important people in her world. She listened and showed the patience of a saint! I would recommend her to anyone! She is so knowledgeable about buying and selling real estate, always had an answer for us. Just a fantastic experience.

"Katherine was phenomenal across the board. I started off all over the map (pretty literally) in terms of looking for a house that was somewhat centrally located in CT. It didn't matter which town we were in, Katherine had knowledge of all of them. And as we worked together, she understood what was important to me and she would provide information about local markets, vets, bagel shops, etc. Again, and I will write this repeatedly if I need to, Katherine was amazing. And I'd also like to point out that there was one instance where she was not able to join for a showing and she planned for Les Harris to be there and he was also fantastic. Also, if there was a higher score for "patient," I would rate Katherine higher on it. This has been a PROCESS. There were countless houses, multiple bids, an accepted bid that didn't work out, and FINALLY, success. Katherine was positive and continued telling me that the right house would come along. And she was absolutely right. Her knowledge, her patience, her willingness to work with me (and my mom, and sometimes my great aunt, depending on the day)... it made this frustrating process so much easier. The only parts of the experience that weren't great had to do with the sellers, their agents, the lender/all of the paperwork they needed, etc., but even with all of that, Katherine was accessible and supportive. Everything involving Katherine and anyone she recommended, including the home inspections, the attorney, contractors, etc., was excellent."
