I put off buying a house because it seemed like such a huge deal. I thought it would give me anxiety and I wouldn’t know what to do. Katherine made the process so easy and what seemed like hassle free. I remember thinking “I don’t know why I waited so long”. She was nothing short of miraculous. I use that word because she moved everything along flawlessly. And the way she handled the contractors working on the house with an impossible timeframe.. It was a miracle. I could go on.
