My wife and I came across Kathy randomly after walking into one of her open houses. She was at our house providing a market analysis the next day and within a few weeks our house was listed (the delay was on our end, certainly not on hers). We were very impressed with the level of service provided both by Kathy and Signature Premiere Properties and decided to use her for both the sale of our house and purchase of a new one. Well into the sale process we were thrown a curve ball after finding out about a CO issue with the house that could have potentially caused us either a big headache, tons of money, or both. Kathy worked endlessly trying to find options until ultimately the house was sold. She was extremely responsive with any questions we had or providing updates along the way. Despite the fact that she had multiple listings at the same time, we never felt like we weren't her number one priority. Scheduling walk through's and inspections was never an issue. We have nothing but positive things to say about Kathy and would highly recommend her to anyone in the real estate market.
