Katherine did a great job as our buyers agent! She is a wonderfully kind person, and she is also absolutely not a push-over. She was a knowledgeable resource and consistent advocate for our interests throughout the process. She communicated regularly with us, and whenever something was moving more slowly than expected, she was just as frustrated as we were, and she was on the phone with someone figuring out what the holdup was. I’m sure she was juggling several responsibilities, but with Katherine, you feel like you are her only client.

Katherine was GREAT! She is very seasoned, with many years of real estate experience. You can rest assured she will handle any and all aspects of your home buying or selling 'adventure'. I purchased a home that I really wanted, but that had another offer. She stayed on top of everything to assist me in my best chance at getting the home...which I did. Katherine also helped me sell my mother's townhome several years ago, as I brought my mom in to live with me and care for her after a stroke. It was a very stressful time, but Katherine worked very hard to make it as streamlined as possible. Katherine follows up on every single detail, issue or question immediately, and always responds in a timely manner. She helped me immeasurably and I feel quite lucky to have had her as my agent!!
