Initially my intention was to do a sale by owner on the property. 2 days later and after an almost nervous breakdown I contacted Katherina. From the moment I called her to the day we closed on the house Katherina kept us informed step by step of everything. From taking pictures of the property to the closing day. Selling a house when you are still occupying it is not an easy experience, and there were a couple of times I felt overwhelmed trying to keep the house ready for potential buyers to come view and having to leave the home when they did. However Katherina was very encouraging and we did accept an offer within less then 2 weeks of placing the house on the market. Katherina discussed every offer we received and even though we probably would have accepted the first one she encouraged us to give it a few more days and we did and the offer we did receive was above our expectations, Kudos to Katherina.
