Kathy Donohew is a superb professional realtor. I chose Kathy among other realtors that I interviewed because she is caring, knows her stuff very well, knows a lot of contractors who she contacts and get the work done with fair and reasonable rates. I trust Kathy when she rented my house first. I got a very nice family who is very responsive, and no problem with them at all. Since Kathy lives across the street, the family likewise would ask help from Kathy for recommendations. She is also fair in all her dealings with other realtors, and listens attentively for comments.
