As a first time homebuyer, Kathy's wisdom and guidance helped me find the home best suited for me.

Kathy is a brilliant real estate agent. Her knack for this work combines vast market knowledge with ever-available communication and the upmost professionalism. As a first time homebuyer, I felt very comfortable as Kathy explained the policy, process and procedure every step of the way. Showings were efficient and thorough as she pointed out important things to be aware of, and celebrated as I came closer to knowing exactly what styles and layouts made sense for me. At every point in then process, Kathy was incredibly responsive and personable. Kathy is a true gem, I can't recommend her services more highly!
