Outstanding service
From the first meeting with Mrs. Godbee I knew that she was the right person to work with our family. She listened to our concerns and assured us that she would make our experience selling our home as easy as possible. Since this was our first time ever selling a home we were not sure what to expect, Katerra answered every question and walked us through the entire process making us comfortable with the everything from posting the add to signing the final sale paperwork. We were very happy that she was our realitor.
