What can I say? I had been in search for a house to buy in Baltimore City and she stuck it out with me from day 1 to day 5,000. I came in with some picky expectations, in a rough housing market, and backed out of a number of houses because of personal reservations at various points in the home-search/buying process. But through it all, she provided me with great care, great service, and walked me back from many a ledge. She catered to my scheduling needs with no questions asked, and she made sure I was happy at every point of the way. Katerina is a wonderful agent, a great negotiator, and she had my back when it mattered most. Best of all, she made me feel like family, which, in the dog-eat-dog world of real estate, made the process of buying a house seem less soul-crushing. I highly recommend Katerina and her great team. Her team is also highly capable when she's unable to assist immediately - I got to know Valerie at her office as well. 10/10
