My experience with Katerina was that she went above and beyond what I expected a relator would do for me. I will give you several examples: when looking at new properties the market was inflated and sellers were asking for sales contracts way higher than the value actually was. when she showed up to show me houses she already did the research on each House and would help control the negotiation process by not entertaining sellers that where dilutional. and trust me there were several houses that I liked but she kept me from making bad decisions several times. as the process continued I trusted her more and more until we found the house I live in now and we were able to negotiate the purchase 45K under the appraisal Value. not only that but she was available to help me ,while i applied for permits to make upgrades to the house. that is completely outside the scope of work required from a realtor and I feel shows her strong characteristics that Mrs. Bucciarelli did go above and beyond for me. I am extremally grateful and I recommend her to anyone reading this review. She is competent, skilled, knowledgeable by much previous experience, and she really really Loves her job.

Excelente pofesional en todos los aspectos. Respeta los deseos del cliente sin dejar de dar su opinión, si lo considera pertinente. Muy cuidadosa al revisar los pro y los contras. Pendiente del tipo de propiedad, de las revisiones realizadas y pendientes, de la solvencia del condominio así como del valor del mismo. Responde rápidamemte en la búsqueda de las propiedades a considerar. Atiende con el mismo interés independiente del valor de la propiedad. En mi caso la propiedad que quería comprar era de un valor muy bajo y fui muy bien atendida a pesar de que no era fácil lo que yo quería.
