excellent communication, strong local market knowledge, patience, and professionalism

First off I gotta say having Katelyn as my realtor made it so easy! She’ll help you find the house you want, doesn’t matter if it’s raining or even pitch dark and you have to use a flashlight to see. She’s setup 6 or more showing back to back starting when I get off work. She’s very willing to help work around your work schedule as much to her ability as possible. I’ve called her on short notice multiple times and usually within an hour tops (long as she was free) we were viewing the house. She’s highly professional, very informative ( and if she doesn’t know she finds out for you!) and as nice as can be! Hands down if I ever buy or sell she will be the one I call! Truly cannot say I ever had a bad experience, not even for a moment with her.

My property was 7 hrs from my home and Katelyn was over a hour away but every time I called with an issue at the property she would head out and take care of it. Just letting anyone know this girl can do it all I was supposed to have a person come put batteries in the generator and start it and this is a big Detroit 200 kVA generator that is finicky. The guy did not show up. She charged the old batteries with her truck. Called me took directions over the phone and started it up just to let you know I’ve had friends that could not start that Genarator. Don’t let her looks fool you she knows how to do what it takes to sell your property. Always on time always kept me up-to-date on how things were looking with the property. As I said before a very hard to sell property in the middle of nowhere, but she got it done. Very happy with the results.

Katelyn did a good job of showcasing my house so that it would sell quickly---2 days.

Her suggestions on what we listed the house for helped get it sold quicker than I could’ve imagined. Listed on a Friday and had a full price offer by the beginning of the next week!

She stayed on top of everything all throughout our experience and helped us through every hurdle we had. She’s very nice and made our first buying experience amazing.
