My property was 7 hrs from my home and Katelyn was over a hour away but every time I called with an issue at the property she would head out and take care of it. Just letting anyone know this girl can do it all I was supposed to have a person come put batteries in the generator and start it and this is a big Detroit 200 kVA generator that is finicky. The guy did not show up. She charged the old batteries with her truck. Called me took directions over the phone and started it up just to let you know I’ve had friends that could not start that Genarator. Don’t let her looks fool you she knows how to do what it takes to sell your property. Always on time always kept me up-to-date on how things were looking with the property. As I said before a very hard to sell property in the middle of nowhere, but she got it done. Very happy with the results.
