Kate Yachini has been our realtor for several years. She has helped us buy two lots but this was the first time she sold a house for us. She did a phenomenal job! She really pushed us up on sell price which she backed up with comps. She kept us informed throughout the process and as offers came in, her advice was incredibly helpful. Once we were under contract, Kate helped with inspections, repairs, and was always available to answer any questions as we moved to close. We were super happy with our experience and will absolutely use Kate again in the future!
