We sold our home with Kates help and 2 days later everything shut down due to Covid. Kate started showing us homes but my husband always had a problem with something. He drove me and especially Kate crazy. We decided to take a break from looking until maybe the market would change. Well it didn’t so we were back looking. Kate found us a condo that wasn’t on the market yet, that was perfect for us and we bought it. I cannot express enough how much time and energy Kate put into our house hunting. I will always be grateful to her for being there for us and whenever we hear someone wants to buy or sell we give Kate’s name immediately without hesitation. She is loyal trustworthy and never once gave up on what seemed to be an impossible search. We are forever grateful.
