Kate was the best, after working with a realtor who didn't listen to our needs and just kept showing us properties that didn't fit what we were looking for we finally got fed up and just moved on. I found a listing Kate had put on zillow and contacted her and she was able to show us the house that same day. We loved the home and she helped us with every step of the process. She was very attentive and answered all of our questions promptly, unlike many other realtors we worked with. She wasn't pushy and was a gem to work with. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family. We were lucky to have found her.
