There's no way that we could have made the big changes in our life without her! 9 years ago Kate helped us buy our home and now it's on the market. I didn't think we would need hand holding as much as we have in the selling process but Kate has been THE only voice of reason to help us navigate this all. We are leaving Long Island so not only has she been helping us get the best (and suitable for what we need to do next in our lives) deal for our home but introduced us to our new realtor down in Georgia. Kate was the best, after working with a realtor who didn't listen to our needs and just kept showing us properties that didn't fit what we were looking for we finally got fed up and just moved on. I found a listing Kate had put on zillow and contacted her and she was able to show us the house that same day. We loved the home and she helped us with every step of the process.
